Comparative Study On The Green Public Building Evaluation Standard At Home And Abroad

Public construction area increased rapidly, leading to the public building energyconsumption accounts for civil building big proportion of the total energy consumption,becoming the energy consumption. Implementation of green public buildingconstruction, is not only beneficial to improve the quality of urban human settlementsenvironment, alleviate the pressure of the urban environment, improve the urbanecological environment, but also significant for the construction of aresource-conserving and environment-friendly society.Draw lessons from the domestic and foreign literature, this paper thoroughlystudies the domestic and foreign typical Green Public Building Evaluation System,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Green Public Building EvaluationStandard in China. To perfect the construction of Green Public Building EvaluationStandard in certain theoretical basis.First, the paper expounds the basic theories of Green Public Building, clearconcept and connotation of Green Public Building, and briefly introduces the basicsituation of Green Public Building Evaluation methods both at home and abroad.Secondly, a detailed discussion on typical Green Public Building EvaluationSystem both at home and abroad, such as Britain’s BREEAM system, GBCsystem inCanada, the United States the LEED system, Japan CASBEE system and the GreenBuilding Evaluation Standard in China.Again, analysis of evaluation method, evaluation index and evaluation object ofthe domestic and foreign typical Green Public Building Evaluation System, summedup the Green Public Building Evaluation Standard in China needs to be perfected.Finally, using the Green Building Evaluation Standard in China, use a publicbuilding project for actual engineering case analysis, to response evaluation standard inChina is scientific and practical and summarize the Green Public Building EvaluationStandard needs to be improved.
