This paper besed on the actual project with the company. Professor Zhao Jingyi scientific team in Yanshan University cooperation with Beijing Baishan Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. to develop the YL450 t transporting girder vehicle. The lode truck is desigined to meet the Chengdu Metro line 2 requirements. This article is mainly to study control algorithm to optimize the drivering system and The reliability of the YL450 t transporting girder vehicle. Expectations for the subsequent improved models for reference design.First of all, we need to consider many factors in the design process of the transporting girder vehicle. We focus on the main transporting girder vehicle actuator, such as the lifting mechanism suspension and the steering actuator. On the other hand, We mainly studied the several aspects in the study of the design of the hydraulic system : Electric hydraulic drive system scheme is selected; the drive system of hydraulic components selection and the control mode for the selected hydraulic components.Secondly, we based on the research of the drive system of transporting girder vehicle,and established the mathematical model of the drive system.On the one hand,we from the aspect of the drive system of power matching strategy and studied the energy-saving control system for transporting girder vehicle;On the other hand, we from the control strategy of pump controlled motor drive system,and proposed a new adaptive control algorithm.The new control algorithm provides a new train of thought for the future of optimum control of the transporting girder vehicle drive system. So as to further improved the reliability of the transporting girder vehicle.Finally, we studied the reliability of the transporting girder vehicle,and established the reliability block diagram of the driving system, steering system, suspension system of the transporting girder vehicle.Through each part of the mathematical model of reliability, we had a reliability prediction simulation for the three parts of the hydraulic system.Combined with the scene debugging test, we analyzed the driving system and the steering system of the test. On the other hand, we combined the steering system problems which encountered during the test, and through the establishment of fault tree model of the transporting girder vehicle, innovativly using grey relation theory, quickly solved the problems of transporting girder vehicle.In this way we quickly locate the fault of transporting girder vehicle, reduced the amount of time to find fault wasted.
