TLC300T beam transport vehicle is a kind of large construction machinery transport vehicles.The reasonable design of the closed driving control system is the key to ensure the stable and safe operation.In order to solve the problems such as the engine flameout,the wheel slip and the non synchronization of the vehicle during the commissioning process,it is necessary to study and design the synchronous control of the drive system.Considering the operation conditions and construction characteristics of girder transport vehicle,reliability and stability of vehicle with two synchronous walking for the purpose of introducing the overall layout of the transporting girder vehicle;the girder transport vehicle to achieve the function as the starting point,designed the hydraulic system vehicle whole,focuses on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the drive system,the calculation of different walking under the condition of the resistance of a system,a detailed analysis of the hydraulic drive system,and the selection of the main hydraulic components of the drive system selection calculation system is introduced in detail;heating and auxiliary system.At present the domestic and foreign two car parallel coordinated control and low reliability problems,research on key issues of girder transport vehicle driving system,and analyze the factors,two cars are not synchronized,and start the vehicle slipping differential force differential problems in-depth study,the principle of synchronous control,and introduces master-slave and cross coupling the mathematical model of the drive system,its transfer function is obtained.Based on the design of PID controller,this paper adopts the A displacement vehicle and B vehicle as control target,respectively,using parallel synchronous control,synchronization control,modeling and simulation analysis of walking cross coupling control strategy of two car synchronization system.The cross coupling control scheme in large load and partial load under the condition of serious still can guarantee the two car synchronization is significantly better than the other two control strategies of synchronization effect,synchronization between two car engineering vehicles to achieve a theoretical basis.
