With the acceleration of urbanization process in China, rail transit constructionthroughout the city’s development has been rapid, and as an important transportationequipment in the construction, the transporting girder vehicle is getting more and moreapplication. The continuous technological innovation has accelerated the upgrading ofproducts, humans created a lot of material wealth, but also greatly consumed theresources of the earth and causing serious damage to the environment. As theenhancement of public awareness in environmental protection, people began to considerenvironmental factors and resource consumption in the manufacturing process, and striveto minimum the cost of environmental economic, maximum the utilization efficiency ofresource. In this article, the remanufacturing project of transporting girder vehicle wasinvolved in such an environment, and the equipment would been used in Chengdu Metroline2east extension line viaduct construction segment, which was built by ChinaRailway23th Construction Bureau.This paper takes the waste transporting girder vehicle, which belongs to BeijingBaishan Heavy Industry Limited Company, as the research object, firstly analyzes thecurrent research situation of remanufacturing and transporting girder vehicle, throughinspection remanufacturing related materials, by consulting the related remanufacturingmaterials, and discussed the disassembly sequence according to the actual condition of thewaste transporting girder vehicle, established the suitable disassembly sequence of layeredtree, and the disassembled parts were cleaned and tested, etc.Secondly, analyzed the opened hydraulic system and closed hydraulic system, andprobes into the application of load sensing system in engineering machinery; according tothe construction requirements, designed the electro-hydraulic control system of theremanufacturing vehicle, completed the process of calculation, verification, modelselection from the engine to the hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump.Finally, according to the requirements of the working conditions, adjusted theremanufacturing transport mechanical structure, completed the Pro/E three-dimensionalmodeling, and the mechanical structure of transport vehicle were analyzed with Ansys workbench software; do the Pro/E three-dimensional pipe virtual installation work, andcomplete vehicle assembling, debugging and application.The results of the remanufacturing practical application indicates that, with a strongpractical value, remanufacturing, not only save the economic cost for enterprises, but alsoreduce the waste of resources, as the self-propelled vehicle remanufacturing hydraulic loadto provide a reference.
