The construction safety cost is not only an important part of the construction cost, but also ingredient safeguard for safety building. Chinese construction accident has always been frequency, It has brought huge economic and spiritual loss to the state, the enterprise and the individual. However, the building enterprise safety accident frequency is not only related to the improper construction site safety management, personnel unsafe operation, safe psychology paralysis and so on,and largely related to the improper control of safety cost.The safety cost of the construction enterprise has the characteristic of uncertainty,random,risky,sudden, lose inevitability and so on.Based on the active control of safety cost,the paper has identified factors affecting the safety cost and built a new index system of safety cost on the analysis of the existing deficiency of safety cost.Through the method of expert interview, the research has put forward advice and modification to the safe cost system. Though the questionnaire method and expert grading method to the construct the safety cost index and calculate each index weight based on the method of AHP and entropy. By calculating the safety cost of index weight to guide the construction enterprise security cost investment, strengthen the guarantee safe sex cost of investment, reduce the cost of loss safe sex activity, ensure safety maximize cost rate, reducing safety accidents.The conclusion of this paper: In the secondary indexes of evaluation index, the weight in turn is B1>B4>B5>B2>B7>B8>B3>B6, that is to say, Full cost evaluation index of safety equipment and depreciation cost proportion is the largest, security technology cost is located in the second, the safety management cost weights in third, safety insurance cost weights in the fourth, the accident of loss of weight in the fifth, the weight of the accident loss to the enterprise is located in the sixth, safety education and insurance cost of weight in the seventh, the accident losses in engineering weighting in the eighth. In 29 three-level index, the safety facilities equipped with the depreciation charge weight of 0.1019, the system of safety education and safety reward policy for the smallest weight 0.0165 The construction enterprises may set up the security investment laundry list according to the system index of safety costs and determine the costs of each spending. The conclusion has certain theoretical significance.
