Study On Renovation Strategies Of Old Buildings Along Colleges

The old buildings along colleges which were built in 1970 s have developed to a mature state with the development of relevant industries around the colleges.Therefore, it is necessary to update and reuse these buildings which are considered most closely connected with colleges and city streets. These old buildings can still function well and increase its service life through transformation. This measurement not only contains ecological value but also can avoid the reconstruction problems we are faced with in college construction. However, in the actual process of transformation, it is found that there isn’t a set of systematic guidance. This thesis researches on the transformation of the old buildings along colleges and tries to offer policy support for the transformation.This thesis discusses the transformation strategies of old buildings along colleges in five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background, research goal and its significance, the domestic and foreign research status, difficulties in research,innovations, research methods as well as the basic framework of this thesis. Besides,it defines the relevant concepts of the transformation strategies of old buildings and makes a systematic analysis on current status of these buildings.The second part discusses the research motivation of transformation strategies of old buildings along colleges, puts forward the basic principles of the transformation content and transformation of these buildings which is to of the old building and reform should follow, and lays foundation for further improvement strategy.The third part makes an all-round explanation of the transformation strategies of old buildings along colleges from three aspects: old buildings along street strategy,transformation strategy of colleges.The fourth part illustrates the transformation strategies of old buildings along colleges with practical examples.The fifth part draws the research conclusion through the passages above.
