With the development of logistics technology and current knowledge-based workforce, the traditional warehouse management and transportation system due to the complex and cumbersome to inventory statistics, low transportation efficiency and other reasons, can not adapt to the development of The Times gradually. This topic which is set in the school laboratory warehouse will design the automated warehouse management and AGV transportation systems based on two-dimensional code QR.On the one hand to solve the complicated and inefficient management on school laboratory warehouse;on the other hand to reduce the cost of system development greatly, so that the system can be used for small and medium warehouse.Contents of this system include a two-dimensional code generator, warehouse management system and AGV transportation system. Two-dimensional code generator system is mainly used for preparatory work and storage the detailed information needed items to two-dimensional code image. According to the structural characteristics and coding processes,we used Qt5.3 for developing software, designed a good interface, easy entry and high accuracy of the two-dimensional code generation and printing system. Warehouse management system is the core of the control system of the entire automated warehouse and is responsible for inventoring items and scheduling operations out of storage.On the basis of the functional requirements of laboratory warehouse management,, we designed the overall structure, all the key modules and databases. Using My SQL database and Qt5.3, we achieved the actual function of the system. AGV transportation system is the implementation structure of the whole system.We choosed SCM chip of STC12C5410 AD to design the main control circuit board in AGV system, for its intergration with AD acquisition module, PWM occurrence module and high speed SPI interface. We designed PWM drivers, wireless communication module and station detection module.Using keil as a development and debugging tool and modular design approach, we designed AGV system software.Finally, we built the experimental platform of the whole system, laid the guide path to simulate field environment in the room and overall debugged on the basis of testing each module. Experimental results show that the two-dimensional code generator has high accuracy and error correction ability, basic information management, inventory statistics and storage management functions of warehouse management system are normal, AGV can automatically dispatch order tracking walk and fixed stop when receiving commands from the host and the entire system meets the automated warehouse out of storage scheduling requirements and regulatory requirements. Automated warehouse management system and the AGV transportation system based on QR Code have great influence for the subsequent development and application of small and medium automated warehouse.
