Research On The Optimization Of Ningbo Warehouse Management Of The Support Business Department Of H Company

In recent years with the slowdown of the scale growth of the construction industry,the scale growth of the relevant building support material leasing industry has also slowed down.Therefore,it is of great significance for the future development of building support material leasing companies to provide targeted optimization plans from the perspective of warehouse management,improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.The paper takes Ningbo Warehouse as the research target,which is the support business unit of H Company,and research on warehouse management optimization.Guided by the lean warehouse management theory,the paper takes eliminating the existing or potential waste in the warehouse management as the core so as to upgrade the service,improve the warehouse operation efficiency and reduce the operation cost.Based on the current situation of the company’s warehouse management,the paper concludes that there are three problems in warehouse management through interviews with key people,namely,unreasonable warehouse layout planning,low comprehensive business ability of warehouse personnel,and backward warehouse management technology.The cause analysis is conducted by using the questionnaire survey method,and the corresponding causes are that the warehouse layout does not fully consider the business volume and internal operation process,the staff training and assessment mechanism is not perfect,and the warehouse management technology informatization is low.And put forward a targeted solution and optimization plan,using SLP to optimize the allocation of storage areas,EIQ analysis and ABC classification to optimize the allocation of storage locations,eliminate the waste of handling in storage management,and thus optimize the storage layout of Ningbo warehouse;improve the long-term training system and performance appraisal system to improve the service skills of warehouse personnel,improve customer satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,and eliminate the waste of defective products in warehouse management;Through the introduction of RFID technology,the waste of waiting and action in warehouse management will be eliminated,the efficiency of the company’s warehousing and warehousing will be improved,the rate of manual error will be reduced,and the operational efficiency of warehouse business will be improved,which is conducive to the company’s information and intelligent construction.Finally,the implementation of the optimization plan is guaranteed from the four aspects of human resources,capital,technology and organization.Through the optimization research on Ningbo warehouse of the support business department of H Company,it provides reference for the warehousing management of the company and other warehouses in the industry,effectively explores the innovative integration of warehousing management and lean management in the building support material leasing industry,which is conducive to the further extension and enrichment of lean warehousing management theory.
