Study On Su-Field Mondel Of Triz Theory And Its Application In Production Design

The growing competition and diversified market dema nds compelled enterprises to paymore attention to improve their ability of new products research. In order to reduce the productsdesign risk and to satisfy the needs and opinions of consumers , a novel method for highperformance products design approaches is required.This paper based on the TRIZ Theory and severa l basic TRIZ tools, a kind of su-field modelof products design method is brought forward, and a specific case applica tion is carried out toverify feasibility of the design method.The ma in works of this paper are listed as follow:1. The concepts of TRIZ theory include the theoretica l system and methodology isexpatiated. Based on the analysis of product design processes and tools of TRIZ theory system,the way of TRIZ Theory tools to solve contradictions problems is identica l to products design isdiscussed. It revea ls that the design is a process of resolving inconsistency.2. On the basis of understa nding the su-field and 76 standards, the feasibility of regardingthe su-field model as a basic model of the TRIZ Theory is explore d. And according to the systemscientific , the intrinsic mecha nism and paths of su-field technic system evolution is studied, andthe action mode of contradiction analysis based on su-field model is also developed.3. As the products information is the precond ition of products design, the properties andobtaining way of products requirement is summa rized. An approach to acquire productsrequirement information for su-field model is conclude d and its guida nce function is testified bysome cases.4. The relationship between contradictions contained in the TRIZ theory and productfunction is investigate d. And a products function analysis way based on su - field model isproposed.
