The real estate industry has been playing an important role in economic development in our country. In recent years, with the regulation of national macro policy and perfecting market system, the real estate industry profits has gone, at the same time, the relevant laws and regulations of the real estate industry followed, standardized the market environment. Under this background, the competition among real estate enterprises will become fiercer, shorten the construction period, reduce cost and improve quality became a common pursuit of the enterprise, and the traditional project management pattern of enterprise already cannot satisfy the need of current competition, looking for a new project management methods and techniques to win the competitive advantage has become the top priority.The theory of concurrent engineering will be introduced to the real estate enterprise project management in the manufacturing of this paper, hoping to use advanced concurrent engineering methods and tools to solve the existing plight of the real estate enterprises. This article expounds the theory of concurrent engineering, through the analysis on the feasibility and necessity of concurrent engineering is introduced into the real estate enterprise, searching for the corresponding point of both, to build the real estate enterprise project management based on the three domains of concurrent engineering structure system. According to the characteristics of the real estate enterprise Project Management, combined with Concurrent engineering thought, put forward the new mode of Concurrent Construction Project Management(CCPM). Taking BH real estate company as an example, from the organization reconstruction, process reengineering, information integration, and improve customer satisfaction four aspects to construct the CCPM mode implementation framework, which provided reference and reference for the full implementation of Concurrent engineering in the real estate enterprisesCCPM mode of implementation with particular emphasis on the application of computer simulation technology, especially the simulation of production scheduling. This paper takes concurrent construction activity schedule of multi projects in construction stage as the object, optimization model about virtual construction technology proposed of this article, in view of the parallel construction project construction stage activities under multiple resource-constrained project scheduling problem, building a mathematical model, using the project as the background, designing combined sampling algorithm, the optimized schedule is obtained by Matlab simulation, analyzing the results, to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm, simulation of schedule can provide guidance for the practical engineering construction. Developed a combination sampling algorithm simulation software, make the activity scheduling model of this paper has a wider applicability.
