| The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization" pointed out that rural construction should be placed in an important position in the socialist modernization drive,and ecologically livable and beautiful rural areas should be built.At present,most of the traditional houses in rural my country are brick-concrete houses built in the 1990s or early 21st century,and there are many problems in terms of quality performance,energy consumption,and overall planning.In addition,with the increase of villagers’ income,the requirements for the quality of living are getting higher and higher,and traditional rural houses are gradually unable to meet the needs of modern development.Rural prefabricated houses have obvious advantages in terms of quality performance,energy saving and emission reduction,and ecological environment.They can not only improve the quality of rural houses but also solve a series of problems existing in traditional houses.First of all,this article uses the new rural construction,prefabricated building policy documents and the development prospects of the rural housing market as the research background,and puts forward the research content of this article as the comprehensive benefit evaluation of rural prefabricated houses;then elaborates the rural prefabricated houses and the comprehensive benefits.Concept,introduced the extension theory and network analysis method and other related theories and methods;secondly,through the literature review method,24 three-level indicators were initially determined from the three aspects of economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit.Then combined with the actual situation in rural areas and expert opinions,the three-level indicators were screened and revised,and finally 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 20 third-level indicators were determined,and then an evaluation index system was established.According to the application process of the matter-element extension evaluation model,the evaluation grade standard,classic domain,node domain and relevance function of the evaluation index are determined in sequence,and the relevance of each evaluation index is analyzed through expert consultation.The weight calculation steps of the network analysis method are combined with the Super Decisions software to calculate the weight of the evaluation index,and finally the matter-element extension evaluation model is constructed.Subsequently,the evaluation model is applied to rural prefabricated housing projects,and its evaluation indicators are analyzed from three aspects of economic,environmental and social benefits.The classic domain and section domain are summarized according to the matter-element extension evaluation model,and data analysis is performed.Determine the quantitative index and qualitative index characteristic value by means of questionnaire survey,and calculate the correlation degree of all levels of index according to the correlation function and index weight and determine the evaluation grade;finally,the evaluation result is analyzed,and it is concluded that the construction cost affects the prefabricated housing in rural China Regional development,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.This paper constructs a scientific and effective evaluation system for the comprehensive benefits of rural prefabricated houses,which can let villagers see that rural prefabricated houses have better comprehensive benefits,provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of prefabricated houses in rural areas in my country,and accelerate the industrialization of agriculture and rural areas.Modernization,and promote the complementary and coordinated development of urban and rural areas. |
