Research And Practice About Revision Of Consumption Quota On National Municipal Pipe Network

With the rapid development of the society, new technology, new equipment, new technology, new materials have been invented,and the current consumption quota in municipal pipe network can’t satisfy the need of the construction of infrastructure so that some control of investment lacks reliable basis, and can not respond quickly to the valuation of the project,which tends to make the project out of control. Therefore, we need to revise the national municipal pipe network.This paper firstly described the research status of domestic and international quota, and analyzed the importance and practical significance of the current quota compilation methods and the additional quota preparation.Based on the literature at home and abroad,this paper showed the limitation of construction statistics collected in the method of traditional statistical analysis and different environment.Network consumption quota revision method are discussed.
