Research On The Compilation Of Consumption Quota For PCM Building

With the progress of building industrialization,the disadvantages of traditional construction methods are becoming more and more inadaptable to the development of the industry and the development needs of the country.In order to realize construction industrialization faster and better,the country vigorously promotes the development of prefabricated buildings.In this trend of industrial development,prefabricated concrete masonry building,also known as PCM prefabricated building,emerges as a kind of prefabricated building.PCM prefabricated building is based on prefabricated reinforced block masonry shear wall technology,local superimposed prestressed continuous hollow slab floor technology,vertical filled wall system and breathing sandwich insulation system technology,showing its unique advantages compared with the existing construction mode.However,the development of building system needs the support of corresponding codes and standards.However,the existing quota system lacks the consumption quota section of PCM prefabricated building engineering.Therefore,in order to further develop the PCM prefabricated building system,this paper studies its consumption quota.In this paper,through literature research and field research,different building systems are contrasted and analyzed to construct the consumption quota system of PCM prefabricated building engineering,and to analyze and study the consumption quota of PCM prefabricated building production and construction.This paper studies the following aspects:1.To sort out the construction process of PCM prefabricated building,understand and master the innovation,new technology and new construction method of PCM prefabricated technology in the aspects of predicting component application,production and hoisting of prefabricated components,and summarize the characteristics of PCM prefabricated building in design,production and construction.2.Based on the existing quota system,the consumption quota system of PCM prefabricated buildings is constructed.The consumption quota system of PCM prefabricated buildings includes application scope,content composition,project division,etc.By comparing the existing quota standards,the characteristics of PCM prefabricated buildings are analyzed.The quota system is divided into the continuing quota projects,the revised quota projects and the new quota projects.The continuing quota projects do not change the existing quota standards.The project of revising and compiling the quota makes adjustment on the basis of the existing quota,and the project of the new quota determines the new quota standard according to the actual situation.3.According to the characteristics of PCM prefabricated building system,make a feasible and complete quota preparation work plan.The work plan of quota preparation includes compilation instructions,survey steps,site survey methods,survey table production,data processing methods and other work contents.From the perspective of management,each content is reasonably planned to ensure that the consumption quota prepared is accurate and effective.4.Work out the consumption quota of PCM prefabricated building projects through field research.Scheme of prefabricated file according to the investigation and thorough investigation,the site of the project to obtain accurate and effective consumption data,involved in the lifting process of component production and component production consumption quota,installation consumption quota,measures to fully research and analysis,finally form the consumption quota for PCM prefabricated construction.
