In recent years, the domestic electricity consumption grows very quickly. The national regulation, investment and construction of power project accelerate the pace of efforts especially for power transmission and transformation project. Substation power is the key part of electricity transmission system. The area includes the rise and fall of voltage, power control and adjustment, and the use of various grades of voltage transformer connection. But nowadays in the process of constructing, there are often wasteful investment phenomenons. In recent years, whether it is supporting the project in power plant or power system network construction projects, because of the tight time and heavy construction tasks, people have failed to ensure the quality of the construction. For the existing problems, we should take effective measures, and the reasonable arrangement of construction is a pressing matter of the moment.With the development of power reform, the market competition is increasingly fierce, and construction technology requests more and more high in the process of project implementation. It is supposed to be completed on time without any safety and quality problems, even ahead of production, which is the problem to be solved urgently, as well as the fundamental for the survival and development of enterprises.In this paper, based on the basic theory in project management, I mainly research the schedule management triangle 110kV substation electrical installation engineering by network diagram, Gantt chart and other management methods. According to the specific situation in project management, I will find out the actual problems exposed in the schedule management, discuss the causes of the problems and take the reasonable measures to solve these problems. In this paper, I also supervise the whole process of engineering construction, find the development of links, and then formulate corresponding measures according to the links. If the way does affect the overall progress of the project, we will continue according to the plan. Otherwise it is necessary to adjust the plan, so that the project is completed smoothly. As for the delta change project, although the project appeared the deviation in the implementation process, however through the emergency adjustment, there is no impact on the overall process of the project, the final project is completed and put into operation according to the project requirements and high quality.Finally, I will sum up the project, and point out its deficiencies and solutions. I hope this research can contribute to the national network of Shanxi electric power transmission and transformation. It can not only improve the level of project progress management, but also provide reference of power engineering construction and management.
