The Study Of Management Mode Of Classification And Grading For Urban Parks For Free In Xi’an

Park,as an important part of urban landscape and landscape system,preserves essential ecological functions,while serving as a place for recreation,fitness and entertainment.With the development of social and economy and the growth of population, as well as the rapid development of urbanization in Xi’an City, existing park management system is not able to completely demonstrate its social,economic and environmental functions.Therefore,Iit is imperative to innovate and build an up-to-date classification mode.In this paper,it analyzed the diverse classification standards and management modes of park in several cities,such as Shanghai,Beijing,Chongqing,Xiamen,etc.,In this paper,through the analysis of other Urban park classification standard and the management pattern,together with the present management situation of xi’an Urban park for free.It also pointed out the problems of free park management system in Xi’an City.The goal is to study park development goals and urban positioning,free park hierarchical management as the focus, put forward hierarchical management system and standard,optimizing the management pattern to further improve the management level,to further improve the local standard of park management at the same time.It concludes that it is practical to impel the mode of classification management and rating sysem in Xingqing park, Fengqing park, Lotus lake park and Textile park in Xi’an.The study help to raise the services level of free park, improve the grade of the city,help the government scientific decision-making in the process of free park management,gradually establish classified management mode,speed up the upgrade management level shift of the park.
