For communications enterprises, ensure the safety, reliability, stability and economic operation of the equipment is the foundation of their survival and development. Any defect of equipment or lines in the process of communication, it may affect the safety of production. As a result, the daily maintenance of the line plays a very important role in the management of communication enterprises. At present, the daily maintenance of the line maintenance center of the communication enterprise is huge, and the maintenance work is mainly based on manual mode. With the increasing city scale of optical network, coupled with optical network structure is more complex, the back-end maintenance personnel lack, the contradictions between man-to-man maintenance management means and management requirements are becoming more prominent.In view of the current problems in communication enterprises, take the telecommunications transmission line maintenance center as an example. Through the research and analysis of the transmission line maintenance center daily inspection work, the use of WEB, Android, GPS, and other advanced information technology and means to establish a comprehensive information platform, and the use of smart mobile terminal through 3G network to complete the cable, light delivery box, construction site, repair and maintenance of equipment and other routine inspection work, will improve the operation and maintenance management level, and ensure the quality of the line running.Communication line inspection system will be a integrated information platform of using a lot of advanced information technology and means, which is the 3G network server and the individual to achieve real-time data transmission of hand-held terminal. At first, this paper analyze the daily work management requirements of the transmission line maintenance center inspection personnel, a clear system to realize the function and goal, to determine the system architecture design and hardware architecture; And then determine the system need to use the key technology, mainly is the Android development, Baidu GPS service, or code scanning, etc., and its details. In system design, through further analysis of the system has the function of main body, it is concluded that the system database design and page design. In system implementation, the paper introduces the system main function module of the implementation details. In system testing, this paper introduces the Web and Android testing related knowledge, and list the system main body function of some test cases.This research can help the telecommunications transmission line maintenance center inspection personnel to complete daily inspection work better and more efficient plan and management more convenient, more effective control personnel work. Fully demonstrates the use of intelligent mobile terminal technology makes the work efficiency and specialization, rapidness and provides users with inspection related business professional services.
