Research On Key Factors Of Laying Stage Quality Of Subway Construction Project

Subway construction project is Urban Transport Project in most major part,it has become the main way to solve our measures and urban transportation.But from the current development of China's subway point of view,the lack of quality of the laying phase largely affected the use of the subway project,thus laying the stage for the analysis of factors that influence the quality of urban subway for enhancing the quality of the whole project is very important significance.In the course of the study,based on total quality management theory,analysis of the quality of urban subway laying phase factor.First,the relevant theoretical analyzes,including project quality,quality influencing factors are discussed;secondly the use of survey methods and factor analysis of the impact of laying stage the quality of urban subway factors were analyzed,including the quality of personnel,materials and equipment,construction techniques and methods as well as a construction site management four factors by factor analysis,a detailed four-level indicators and analysis division,came to the conclusion accountability,staff assignments,technology literacy,construction materials and equipment,construction drawings there is a positive correlation between processing,quality management organizational framework,site quality management and incident management failed project these factors and the city subway laying stage quality control.For these specific factors,the city subway laying stage quality management,paying particular attention to these factors in the process,so as to further ensure that the city subway quality in line with the corresponding requirements;Finally,case studies and research,the previous text analysis and case studies on the basis of analysis and research on the proposed laying stage of urban subway quality control point measures and recommendations for influencing factors.
