For quantitative factors to determine the division of its five levels of quantitative range, and a trapezoidal distribution fuzzy membership function established. For qualitative factors, experts determine its level of qualitative evaluation to determine the fuzzy membership vector. Through fuzzy comprehensive operation of each factors of the agent construction project performance-appraising system to get the results of the higher index, step by step upward operation like this, until you get the final results.Performance evaluation system established in this paper is carried out in three stages of performance evaluation, which were the early stages of preparation for the project, the project implementation stage performance evaluation and final acceptance stage performance evaluation. Taking an agent construction project as an example for analysis, we were evaluated the performance of the early stage of their project, the project implementation stage performance and final acceptance stage performance.
