Under the background of new energy application, electromagnetic heating energy storage heating system based on electromagnetic induction, heating technology has become the important engineering application equipment for protecting environment and improving energy utilization. It has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, faster heating speed, high degree of automation control. It can be widely used in the fields of industrial production, commercial and civil. At the same time, the induction heating power supply is developing towards high power capacity, high frequency and intelligent control. Aiming at the economic and technical problems of the engineering application of the electromagnetic thermal energy storage system, this paper launches the following work:First of all, the electromagnetic thermal energy storage of induction heating power supply working environment and interference is more complex in high frequency. According to the electromagnetic induction heating principle and the eddy current effect, the working characteristics of the electromagnetic thermal energy storage system are analyzed and the mathematical relationship of the electromagnetic coupling system is studied.Secondly, based on the study of electromagnetic field, temperature field and fluid motion theory, the paper has carried on the parameter design and simulation analysis of the induction heating power supply transducer, which can improve the working performance of the transducer, and provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application of the electromagnetic thermal energy storage heating system. At the same time, analysis the main circuit topology of high frequency induction heating power supply and the main circuit of voltage mode inverter is adopted. Introduce the technology of load frequency tracking and use Matlab/Simulink to simulate the circuit. Determine the operating characteristics of the power device parameters and the induction heating power supply.In addition, study the hardware circuit of the induction heating power supply system based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of induction heating power supply controller, including the main circuit parameters design, the main control circuit, driving circuit, sampling circuit, protection circuit, and make the high frequency induction heating power supply controller with engineering application value.In the end, carry out the experimental research on the controller and the transducer of the design of the electromagnetic thermal energy storage heating system to obtain the working characteristic curve and the temperature rise performance curve, which provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for the application of the electromagnetic energy storage system.
