Application Research On Comprehensive Monitoring System Of Electric Power For Enterprise Substation

According to the project of comprehensive monitoring system of electric power for rare metal processing enterprise substation and development situation of the intelligent substation integrated management system home and abroad, to meet the requirement of the substation’s supervising and controlling, we designed the hardware of comprehensive monitoring system of electric power for Enterprise Substation and software implementation.According to power supply system and management requirements of rare metal processing enterprise substation, the system software platform developed on the basis of the Java programming language. Based on industrial Ethernet and RS-485 field bus structure, and Human-computer interaction interface software is developed in the upper machine, complete the on-site data collection records and important parameters of the alarm and query functions by processing unit RPU; It realizes the man-machine dialogue and system operation monitoring platform through the software and hardware configuration,; By determining the IEC61850 communication protocols and network protocol, it implements the protection interval layer and control and main control unit communication function, and the organic combination and background monitoring function, form integrated substation auxiliary management system’s overall framework. This system solved the dispatch center to the substation main electrical equipment and the surrounding environment within the all-weather monitoring, intelligent control of substation equipment, inspection and maintenance, equipment appearance for a substation secondary equipment monitoring, and solved the fire alarm, explosion-proof, waterproof, prevent SF6 leakage and other problems.The system running results show that the comprehensive monitoring system of electric power by the aid of fieldbus structure not only has realized the collection of video surveillance, environmental monitoring, security and remote control into an organic whole, but also met the substation control precision, fast response speed, reliable data transmission, strong expansibility, easy to use, requirements of easy to maintenance, which has the widespread application promotion value.
