In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic machinery manufacturing and green design techniques and theory update, electro-mechanical products updates out faster in our country, resulting in a large number of idle resources, at the same time bring bad impact on the environment. How to put these industrial waste into treasure, try to make the most of the potential value of the waste products and it become the hotspot and difficulty in the field of advanced manufacturing technology research. A lot of research and practice show that remanufacturing technology is a kind of effective method for waste resources to recycle, the technology can make the parts "coming back to life" and it is of great significance for the sustainable development of resources and economy. Remanufacturing technology includes a series of key technology link, the disassembly process is the primary link. In order to maximize the implementation of the resource reuse and recycling value, it must be research and development of scientific and effective disassembly process method, building for remanufacturing disassembly process system. Traditional disassembly process mainly adopts destructive dismantling and target dismantling and it does not take into account the dangers of the environmental impact by the overall dismantling, what’s more, it does not take into account following manufacture. At the same time, the existing green design and manufacturing research field is still lack of the study of remanufacturing disassembly. This topic research is about electro-mechanical products remanufacturing disassembly process, exploring the basic theory and methods of the remanufacturing disassembly, putting forward the establishment of the green dismantling characteristics model of mechanical and electronic products for remanufacturing and the process decision method, it provide theoretical basis and guidance of the study for the waste electro-mechanical products remanufacturing technology widespread application and the formulation of scientific process procedures.Firstly, through the analysis of the common remanufacturing disassembly method and typical dismantling law of fittings, it research to manufacture parts of influence factor and determination methods, combined with the existing theory of green design, proposed the concept of "green dismantling characteristics". Then, further to explain of the connotation of "green dismantling characteristics", to focus on the ecological impact, manufacturing characteristics and resources feature, and to quantify the various characteristics of indicators, so established the mapping matrix. Finally, according to the combination of electro-mechanical products disassembly process information and mapping matrix, to build the mathematical model "green dismantling characteristics".Second, with a "green dismantling characteristics" model to extract electro-mechanical products of green information and remanufacturing, extracted the information to classification, summary, and according to the values of weights and the corresponding software get the results. Then by backtracking model, evaluation index as the independent variable, the evaluation results as the dependent variable, to make multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS, then draw a sensitivity index, so as to guide and dismantling program planning.Then, from the waste electro-mechanical products structure to find the important parts. By building components of hierarchical network graph get multiple disassembly sequence. With green dismantling characteristics indicator as the goal, then, respectively, to make decisions for many sequence, and get the optimal sequence, according to the ideal point method, in order to implement sequential decisions.Finally, based on the above research, taking an example of the automobile generator, established the green dissembling characteristics model, took out the green and reusable manufacturing information. By the backtracking model got sensitivity index of the generator. Disassembly sequence of generator is obtained by hierarchical network diagram, and based on the ideal point method of green dismantling characteristics to sequence decision, so get the optimal sequence.
