However, the modern architecture and its cultural values has been so influential and powerful to the whole world that caused many conflicts with the local culture. So the design of building’s appearance and indoor or outdoor room plays an important role in urban rail transit station design process. Jinan was known as ’Spring City’ from past to now. The culture of spring has declined because of the city’s development so the protection of springs becomes a hot topic for citizens. And the conflict between the between the urban orbit traffic lines and springs’ sources comes to the most controversial problem. Based on the system info of urban tail transit, the paper gives the clear definition of Urban rail transit station, Regional Building, Culture, Culture of Spring. Some common characteristics between the researching buildings could be found by analyze the feature of station room and the forms of Spring Culture.It also gives the eye of the principle and designing methods in urban rail transit station by providing the detailed information of Sping Culture. At last, ended up with Olympic Sports Center West Railway Station of Metro Line R3 in Jinan, based on the model of enriching and proofing, I design a new stop building of urban tail which both own the characteristic of price, beauty and Spring Culture and make contribution to the combination of regonial culture and Urban Rail Transit Station Design in Jinan.
