The main content of this study is to optimize the assembly line of a company, first the necessity of research on the assembly line balancing is introduced, and then list for assembly line balancing research status at home and abroad, to understand the development of assembly line balancing.Then introduces the basic theory of TPS management thoughts and also for production assembly line balance theory has carried on the theoretical study, through field investigation and search a data access to relevant data, the TPS management concept and production assembly line balance theory is applied to the current assembly line in a company.Through the car assembly production line, the author analyzes and researches on the problems, on the premise of guarantee the quality of the vehicle assembly, adopting TPS management continue to improve the assembly line, constantly improve the production efficiency, reduce the waiting time waste on the production line, increase the production line of flexible, thus improve enterprise profit and improve the management level, enhance market competitiveness.In this paper to the scene actual research, through communicate with operators operating experience, personally measure some location of working hours, average measurement for many times, analysis of the existing assembly process, find out the main factors influencing the assembly line balancing.This article mainly USES the method of analysis and research, on the basis of not increasing or less investment, using the method of theory analysis, reasonable on resource allocation, solve the unreasonable waste problems in operation.Improve the production process the staff work actively, improve production efficiency.In order to be able to make the enterprise have better competitiveness, the company’s managers recognize that if you want to make the enterprise gain long-term development must change the original production management idea, by comparing some management methods found that Toyota management is effective to reduce the waste production process, and applies the management concept to the actual production process, for example, for a production wip inventory waste, in the process of using the method of "five according to" explore the essence of the problem, to reduce production line the conversion time of operation, improve the operation of the original process.Through the improvement method, the conversion time of operation by 50 minutes, capital takes up rate fell by 10%, basically solve the wip inventory problem.Although these improvement measures has obtained certain achievement, but for Toyota management requirements of zero inventory still have very big difference.A company’s assembly line, through the survey found, there is a lot of problems.First is the bottleneck of the assembly line location time is too long, serious impact on the assembly line balance rate, is not conducive to continuous production.By adopting the redistribution method for assembly station, according to the actual production situation of some unreasonable location to merge, decomposition, reduce bottleneck location time, cancel some unreasonable location, time is short of location and replace some high efficiency tools.Through the implementation of these measures, to a certain extent, solve the problem some assembly line balancing rate, reduce the 14 points, 8 people save labor force, the production time shorten 34 minutes, and reduces the time 76 s bottleneck location, to improve assembly line balancing rate by 22.9%, basic implementation mode of production of a stream.
