Flapping wings Micro Aero Vehicle (FMAV) has some advantages, such as light weight, small volume, good concealment and mobility and so on. Based on these advantages, it has a broad application prospect in both the military and civilian aspect. In recent years, research on Micro Aero Vehicle (MAV) is becoming more and more popular. The MAV is made on the basis of the principle of bionics. It can provide lift and thrust without extra device. At the same time, with the development of vibration theory, the trend of engineering application of vibration is increasing. On the one hand, birds get lift through constant flapping wings to overcome the gravity and fly freely. When the MAV flies, periodic inertia force appears and caused vibration bending deformation. On the other hand, in nature, when birds’ wings flap, bending deformation also appears. Based on the similarity of the vibration deformation and the wings deformation, this article was written to explore the influence of vibration on the MAV.In this article, based on the available flapping wing driven mechanism, a dynamics simulation was carried out using ADAMS, got the angular velocity of the flapping wings. And got the angular velocity function used the curve fitting tool provided by MATLAB.Simplify the wings into rectangular plates, ignore the influence of the air on the wing deformation, make transient analysis of the plates using ABAQUS software to get the deformation law of the wings and then make an approximate deal with the law.Aerodynamic analysis using the FLUENT software to calculate the the flow field and lift. Compare the lift of rigid and elastic wing and make a conclusion about the influence of vibration to MAV.
