The traditional subway scheduling system is mainly based on circuit switching technology, in the system a lot of new applications are difficult to achieve especially for data, voice and video integration. With the development of science and technology, the next generation of multimedia dispatching system which are based on softswitch technology becomes the mainstream in today, the system in mobility, scalability and system compatibility have obvious advantages, however, as the high professional requirements of underground dispatching system, soft switching technology can’t immediately replace the circuit switching technology and exist alone, two kinds of technology integration will exist in a long time. Therefore, this article which is about the study of subway scheduling system dual mode subway station(hereinafter referred to as subway station) have important values.Subway station is the secondary command dispatching equipment in the subway scheduling system, deploying in every subway station, which commands all the work. Subway station blends circuit switching and soft switching technology, which has the a series of voice communication functions of single call and group call, emergency call, naming, meetings, breaking in, evictions.According to the demand and function requirements of subway station, this paper comes up with the hardware and software design ideas. Subway station adopt embedded architecture A8 ARM processor, overall architecture consisted of core board and base plate, function modules required by backplane integration, is made up of SPC exchange interface module, audio circuit module and extended module. In the design of software subway station uses LINUX to embedded operating system, this paper discusses in detail the division of subway station module structure, the connection between the modules, the realization of call function, sound recording, audio mixing and so on. Finally, verifying the function of subway station design through various testing methods and test case, the stability of the system is verified, the paper proves duty station can meet the design requirements and subway station meet the design requirements.
