Research On The Construction And Application Of Aircraft Development Project Management Maturity Model

The project management maturity model is an important method and tool to improve the level of project management’s ability.Under the background of building China into a country with strong aviation,the goal of "high quality,low cost,short cycle" has been put forward for the aircraft development management,but at present,the standard of the aircraft development management in China has not been fully standardized,and the level of project management’s ability is low,so it is necessary to explore and establish an evaluation system that is suitable for the aircraft development management.Through the construction of the aircraft development project management maturity model,the project management’s ability level of the aircraft development project is evaluated,which has important reference significance for the project management of China’s aircraft manufacturing enterprises.The research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of studying the basic theories and general methods of project management,the characteristics of project management in aircraft development are analyzed,and the development status of project management and project management maturity of domestic and foreign aircraft manufacturing enterprises is analyzed;This paper compares commonly used theoretical models of project management maturity and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different models.(2)By studying the whole life cycle and factors of aircraft management,analyzing the management content of each stage and the review points,this paper summarizes the project management framework of aircraft development.(3)Selecting the key activities of aircraft development management,the maturity model for aircraft development project management is constructed,the capability level and key dimensions of maturity are studied,and the design of maturity model indicators is completed.The effectiveness test and affiliation analysis are carried out for the designed evaluation index system,the weights of evaluation indexes are determined by AHP,and the aircraft development project management maturity is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and index value calculation.At the same time,the process of aircraft development project management maturity assessment is established.(4)The maturity model evaluation index system of aircraft development project is verified,the process of project management maturity assessment is discussed,the results of the assessment are studied.By comparing with the real data of the project,the practicability of the aircraft development management maturity model is verified.
