In the digital wave among the information construction of large domestic enterprises have been about twenty years, the main business areas of business have been covered by information technology. Enterprise’s main business processes almost entirely on the server computer and the network connection is running, and also be a deeper level of digital construction process. With the operation of information systems in business, and gradually accumulated a record of the data digitized business information more and more, and with more business-wide information systems covering communication link between the broader system, data the scale also showed an alarming growth rate.This paper provides an overview of the Supervision Analysis of Marketing(SAM) system of F Automobile Corporation, in the face positioning within the group more than a decade down precipitation data assets, SAM system is to open up the data connection between the parties within the marketing system, and effective accumulation and analysis, achieve the support of the Group of marketing decisions. Based on this goal and positioning, it describes the system functional requirements and business systems integration requirements and system construction. After the maturity of the relationship marketing business and system functions between studied for different maturity service module, using different strategies with the system construction.In this paper, the design and schedule of the project were analyzed, the main idea is to define the progress of the business side of the project deliverables and requirements, and then follow the WBS of the project task decomposition, and clarify the relationship between the order of the results of the decomposition, and then development of detailed master plan for the project, the development of specific development schedule according to the overall plan, and finally the development of detailed plans to implement the development team schedule management.In the progress of the project control process, first, the project implementation should play a role in the project management team, through the formation of the stakeholders group by the project both parties together constitute the joint business and technical aspects of human resources, joint project schedule to promote. Secondly, the implementation process of the document, the progress and results of the project effective management and control of the progress of the problems in effective coordination and resolution. In order to project the long-term construction, respond to the changing needs of the business side, the project team by summing industry best practices, the application of SAM progress control system standard tools, business applications will be included in the IT side of the project management process, enabling IT project construction process, from business to technology transformation process completely standardized. The program has a strong operability, reflect the operational level for the fourteen steps of the business and technical depth combined to mature business analysis and advice description method, breaking the traditional limitations of the analysis described in the document needs, from the organization’s start with the business layer, layer by layer analysis of business processes, and ultimately the effective delivery of information systems bearer service information to the development team.SAM project schedule management processes, information systems exhibit complex and changing needs of the project schedule management have growing uncertainty. In the case of business content itself lacks stability, how to plan for the IT project development, management and implementation schedule for reliable planning and design, and a more careful management of the program development process, minimizing functional development process the uncertainty in the scope of the project to allow investment of resources to complete the business side so that a satisfactory system functions, these are the current and future IT project management to face the issue.
