Coordinated control system (CCS) is raised to satisfy the requirement of load in power grid dispatching center, different operation methods and design strategies are adopted, establishing relation between the unit of steam turbine and boiler operation controller according to their dynamic characteristics. CCS can adjust valve of steam turbine boiler fuel, the amount of wind and water rapidly and automatically, response opportunely to the load change and maintain the stability of the main steam pressure; When the unit is abnormal, CCS can deal with incidents automatically by means of limiting load and run back (RB) to ensure the safety, economy of the unit with corresponding parameter of load.First of all, characteristics of the coordinated control system and the existing problems in unit 2 are selected as background of the paper, status quo of the current coordinate system and the basic control mode are analyzed. Secondly, steam turbine and respective features of boiler coordinated control object are discussed in this paper, mathematical model is established, and the controlled object characteristics of disturbance test is verified, the results show that when the adjust valve of steam turbine changes, the load of unit and main steam pressure change quickly, when the boiler fuel changes, load and main steam pressure transformation are slow, so the control strategy need to be optimized.Then the various types of control methods in coordinated control system is analyzed comparatively, the coordinated control strategy for the current application is optimized when considering the problem are faced with in actual operation, the method of indirect power energy balance based instruction and energy balance supplemented by machine stove is put forward. The power instructions acts as a feed-forward of steam turbine and boiler, boiler heat storage is increased, response speed of the load is accelerated, in addition, when the unit load and main steam pressure changes caused by steam turbine tone fluctuations, through adjusting slightly energy balance, finally ensure that the unit load and main steam pressure are consistent with the set value. After the simulator and the actual experiment has been finished, unit 2 automatic generation control (AGC) can meet the requirements of the dispatch center, automatically the run rate has been improved, and the anti-interference ability of control has been enhanced.
