At present,water conservancy and hydropower facilities that have been built in China are mainly in the Yangtze River,Yellow River,Pearl River,the Lancang River and the upper reaches of the Songhua River,while the Brahmaputra and other rivers in Tibet,which have rich water energy resource endowment,but the utilization rate is low.Construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau where has long been known as the roof of the world with the severe climatic conditions and environmental conditions,is more difficult than the construction in the lower elevation areas.Today,the construction of infrastructure is increasing in the Qinghai-Tibet plateau,and water conservancy and hydropower project as an important part of the livelihood projects,is expanding gradually,meanwhile its investments are growing.Therefore,proper identification and analysis of the potential risk of water conservancy and hydropower construction in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,construction of risk assessment models of water conservancy and hydropower construction,are of great significance.In this thesis,taking the water conservancy and hydropower projects in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the object of study and fully taking into account the differences in characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower construction between higher altitude areas and lower altitude areas,analyzing the risks of the Qinghai Tibet plateau area water conservancy construction is facing,putting forward the evaluation index system of the anti risk ability of the hydropower development project,and setting up the corresponding evaluation model.Through the concrete engineering construction example,it has proved the effectiveness of the established evaluation model.The evaluation model hopes to improve the reference for the development of water conservancy and hydropower projects in the Qinghai Tibet plateau.
