The Construction Measures And Calculation On Transfer Story

With the development of economy, people’s living standards become higher and higher. More and more high-rising buildings appear to people’s lives to meet people’s material needs. Because of people’s increasing demanding in using function of buildings, which is growing big differences in the height direction, the buildings are built higher and higher. In the lower floor of the building, in order to obtain a larger space engineers often have to set fewer walls and column grid; in the middle floor of the building, in order to obtain a suitable space engineers often need to set a certain number of wall and column grid; in the upper floors of the building, in order to obtain a small living space engineers need to lay a lot of shear walls. At this time, in order to meet the functional requirements of the structure, engineers need to use transfer story to transform the structure, so that the using function of building and structure can be harmonized.This paper according to an actual structure, studied how to choose the suitable transfer story construction method according to the characteristics of the building during the construction of the transfer story. It discussed the application of load transfer method which was chosen according to the feature of the project in this article. In the load transfer method construction program, studied the erection method of transfer story template and its support system, discussed security measures which should be taken in the construction. Meanwhile, checked strength, stiffness and stability of transfer story template and its support system finding the results meet the requirements of the relevant specification. The program also was adopted in a real high-rising buildings, there was no question during the construction process, which verify the feasibility of the program in another side.
