Electric power preventive test is one of the important measures to check and appraise the operation status of equipment,prevent the damage of equipment and ensure safe production.High voltage direct current test is a routine test,which can find the deterioration of insulation equipment in order to replace the damage in time and prevent accidents from happening and expanding.At present,when testing the samples in HVDC test,it is necessary to use micro-ammeter to measure the leakage current of the samples.For safety reasons,the tester is required to have a certain safety distance from the micro-ampere meter,which is inconvenient for the measurement personnel's reading.During the test,the worker and the micro-ampere meter are far away,so that the current value cannot be seen and recorded.data on paper due to the mistakes of staff likely to cause recording errors,loss of data and so on.It takes a lot of time and effort for the staff to use and manage the data later.Aiming at the shortcomings of the high-voltage test micro-ampere meter currently used,this paper designs a set of ZigBee wireless measuring device to realize the current wireless measurement of high-voltage DC test and display and store the leakage current value through the handheld.The system is mainly composed of three parts,namely: test current measuring terminal,handheld machine,PC upper computer.In the system,the measuring terminal uses the resistance method to measure the current.First,the current is converted into a corresponding voltage by the sampling resistor,and then the voltage is amplified by the process control amplifier,and the PIC chip is analog-to-digital converted,and the control of the PIC chip is adopted.The voltage is restored to a current value.Eventually be sent via the wireless module current messages to mobile phones,wireless HVDC measured test current.At the end of the handset can control the state of the wireless relay switch terminal,the terminal selected to achieve measurement and protection functions.This article also designed for handheld PC data acquisition software system,the handset may upload data stored in the PC post-processing of data,maintenance records forming apparatus state database.Compared with the traditional micro-ampere meter,the micro-ampere meter designed in this paper is based on the wireless measurement of ZigBee wireless technology,which can improve the personal safety of the user and reduce the damage rate of the micro-ampere meter.At the same time,because the ZigBee wireless network can exist in the corresponding operating system alone,a small modification of the system can be applied to other industrial measurement fields.
