This topic is the design of a new home solar power distribution device. The system mainly includes two parts, DC system and AC system. The lighting system adopts DC power supply, and other power supply system using AC 220V power supply system. The DC system is composed of photovoltaic cells, batteries, super capacitors, city electric charger and LED lamp. The AC system is composed of a photovoltaic battery, inverter, city electricity.This topic completed the following work:(1) the DC system combining photovoltaic power generation and LED lighting has been designed. According to the available house roof area, the suitable capacity of PV module is formed by series and parallel connection.48V and 230mA lead storage battery and super capacitor in parallel to the electric energy storage.The circuit for photovoltaic cells charge battery has been designed. The use of LED as a home lighting equipment is proposed.Using DC bus directly for power supply, and the the city electricity charger is used to ensure that the lighting system in a variety of conditions are able to work. According to the different rooms using series connected and parallel connected LED lamps to form lighting lamps. It has promoted the use of green energy saving lighting equipment, realized the unification of load and power supply, and reduced the power loss.(2)The AC system with grid-connected inverter as main part has been designed. The grid-connected inverter is used to transform and send the output of the photovoltaic battery to the power grid. The working state of the inverter is controlled by the state of the DC system and the operation state of the photovoltaic battery. The surplus electricity generated by photovoltaic battery won’t be wasted, realize the optimum operation of solar power generation and distribution.(3) Using the terminal voltage of the battery as the criterion for the change of working condition of AC and DC system. If the battery terminal voltage is more than 56V, photovoltaic battery will suspend charge battery and the super capacitor a. The inverter will start working to send the surplus power to the grid. If the battery terminal voltage drops below 56V, the photovoltaic battery begins to resume charging, the inverter will suspend working. If the battery terminal voltage drops below 45V, the constant voltage battery charger as auxiliary will begin to charge the battery.This system can improve the previous photovoltaic systems and home lighting systems, Improve the utilization rate of solar power generation. It can promote the application of LED lamp.It can also ensure that the home lighting is comfortable and reliable. And the design has succeeded in obtaining relevant patents.
