Facing the serious environment pollution and resource shortages, people’s environmental awareness is gradually increased, the innovative design of green products has become an inevitable choice for enterprises. However, all kinds of conflicts in the process of the green product innovation design seriously impeded the process of green design. TRIZ evolution theory was used to make the right technical analysis of the evolutionary state of the green technology, and guide the direction of innovation; Material-field function model was used to analyze the impact of existing technology’s on the environment, and find products potential conflict. Green product innovation design model based on TRIZ evolution theory, green product innovation model based on TRIZ and FRT and green comprehensive evaluation model based on FRT and Fuzzy were researched, the main content is as follows:(1) Analysis of present situation of green design, TRIZ theory and Green Evaluation Method, green comprehensive evaluation model based on FRT/Fuzzy was proposed. Green evaluation index system was established from the resource, energy, environmental indicators, technical indicators. The Future Reality Tree was used to preliminary evaluation of innovative solutions,and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to determine the optimal solutions.(2) Green product innovation design model was established based on TRIZ evolution theory. Eight green technology evolution patterns and twenty green technology evolution routes were summarized, and green technology evolution route search model was established. Finally, the validity of the model is verified with the innovation design of T-square and drawing board.(3)A new model of green conflict resolution was proposed based on TRIZ/FRT, and engineering parameters of the green design factors were summarized. The material-function model was utilized to clarify and identify potential problems of the existing products,which would be solved by the appropriate TRIZ tools. Then, FRT was used to judge whether there are green conflicts between the target solution and the environment, which would be resolved with conflict matrix. Finally, The innovative design of frog ramming machine wad used to illustrate the feasibility of this new method.(4) The innovation design of washing machine was made with the integrated model based on TRIZ/FRT/Fuzzy. green technology maturity prediction curve of washing machine was drawed, washing machine evolutionary potential was analyzed with eight green technology evolution path, and six goal solutions was recived according to the evolution of the potential of green technology washing machine; The washing machine was designed by using the green conflict resolution model based on TRIZ/FRT, and got 18 goals and 3 new schemes; Finally, The comprehensive evaluation model based on the FRT/Fuzzy was used to get the optimal plan combination, and the concept design of multifunctional electromagnetic washing machine with solar power was presented.
