Shaped charge warhead has been famous for its high penetration capability all the time,but the damage area of the target is usually small, parallel rod-shaped jet is a warhead that take many rod-shaped jets in parallel, this way of paralleling can keep high penetration depth and increase the damage area at the same time, improve the power of destruction, the value of research is very high.On the basis of reading the domestic and foreign literature of the rod-shaped charge warhead technology, this paper designed a three liner parallel rod-shaped warhead structure.The simulation calculation model is established, combine the shaped charge theory with the conditions of rod jet formation, the molding process is studied by numerical simulation, in the process, the penetrator pattern variation and the velocity change curve of the penetrator are obtained. The influence of structure parameters on the molding of parallel rod-shaped jet is discussed, such as liner thickness, charge height, liner angle and initiation mode.In the molding process of parallel rod-shaped jet, the effect that wave-shaper make the jet deviate to the edge region of the projectile is researched. Compared to no wave-shaper,when having a wave-shaper, the formed penetrator is molding better, the penetrator head deviate to the edge of the projectile is obviously reduced. By observing the propagation and the change process of detonation wave and detonation products, when having a wave-shaper,the detonation products accumulation in the center region of the parallel rod-shaped projectile is reduced. The detonation products in the edge region the parallel rod-shaped projectile is increased, it is beneficial to maintain the small rod-shaped projectile liner balance stress,reduce the deviation of the small rod-shaped projectile.The model of parallel rod-shaped jet penetrating concrete target is established, the velocity variation curve of the parallel rod-shaped jet in concrete and the damage degree of concrete target are obtained. In the condition of 2mm and 4mm different liner thicknesses, the process of parallel rod-shaped jet penetrating concrete is studied. Relative to the 4mm liner thickness, when the liner thickness is 2mm, the rate of the penetrator formed by the liner is larger in the penetration process, the effective mass of the liner is larger, so its crater diameter of penetration is bigger, more powerful.
