| Road icing disaster is listed as first released one of sudden meteorological disaster warning signal by China Meteorological Administration, Based on the particularity and contingency, how to use effective methods to assess disaster and how to assess finely in small area, we have yet to explore. According to the research questions put forward above, this paper carry out the application research of road freezing disaster risk assessment model combined with the advantages of geographic information system (GIS) in spatial visualization and CALMET model in the refinement of the small scope. It’s not only improve the accuracy of road icing disaster risk assessment, but also has important scientific significance and practical value to be used for regional road freezing disaster risk assessment product release system, in order to achieve the purpose of disaster prevention and mitigation. The main achievements of this paper are as follows:1. Based on road icing disaster risk conceptual framework and disaster mechanism theory, and around on four aspects of the hazards risk, hazards-environment sensitivity, hazards vulnerability and hazards prevention and mitigation of road icing disaster, we establish GIS model of freezing disaster risk assessment and achieve spatial visualization on road icing disaster risk assessment by using spatial expression techniques of GIS.2. In view of the problem of disaster factor refinement of the road icing disaster risk assessment model, we introduce WRF/CALMET dynamical downscaling association scheme. Through comparative evaluating with observations and analyzing the contrast of different simulation schemes results, we find the simulation ability of WRF/CALMET combination scheme is superior to that of the WRF model by underlying surface conditions, and can be more objective and more fine reflect the distribution of meteorological elements both on the simulation of temperature and precipitation, in order to test the feasibility and accuracy of WRF/CALMET model, and to establish the refined model of the hazard factor combined with the GIS technology.3. Rely on road icing disaster risk assessment project of Meteorological Bureau of Jiading District, based on the establishment of road icing disaster risk evaluation model of GIS and the model of disaster factor refinement, we make road icing disaster risk assessment of Jiading, and divides the level of disaster risk, and draw road freezing disaster risk distribution map.On the basis of the above research work, this paper established GIS model and hazard factor of the refined model of road icing disaster risk assessment, and applied to meteorology disaster assessment products of Jiading District Bureau, promote the disaster risk assessment refinement and systematic work. |
