The Delicacy Management system(SEMS)project of the aviation escort company is independently developed by the aviation escort company.It aims to cooperate with the company in the implementation of Delicacy Management,to promote the company's market-oriented,digital and international development,to firmly hold the bottom line of security development and sincere service,and to contribute to the construction and high-quality development of the world-class airport group in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.Fine management is the development trend of modern enterprise operation management and an effective way to realize scientific management,standardized management and efficient management.With the economic construction,industry competition and enterprise development,fine management has become an inevitable choice.Fine management mode refers to the establishment and improvement of management and operation mechanism in project management to ensure the efficient and orderly management of various links such as economic investment,cost control and personnel management.When the Delicacy Management system of the aviation escort company is put on line,the manager can be seen and controlled in the management process,which is conducive to the development of clear objectives,standardized implementation system and refined division of labor.If the deviation is found and controlled in time,the sustainable development of the strategic objectives of the company and the group will be relatively consistent.This paper studies the project schedule management of the aviationescort fine management system,and expounds the specific application of the project schedule and control in the system development.Through the analysis of the project,determine the key nodes affecting the project progress,through the combination of project management theory,analyze the reasons for the project lag,scientifically formulate the project schedule,and optimize the adjustment.Put forward various guarantee measures to ensure the completion of the project on schedule,quality and quantity.In the early stage of the fine management system project of the aviation escort company,there was no effective progress in the control of the project,and the cooperation between the various project teams was not enough,resulting in the project progress once lagging behind.Combined with the theory of project management,this paper analyzes the causes of project delay by using fishbone diagram method,puts forward the preventive measures for project delay,simplifies the project into small work units,defines the activities of small units,sorts the activities,and estimates the duration of activities.According to the actual situation of the Delicacy Management system project of the aviation escort company,the CPM method is drawn,the single code network diagram is drawn,the critical path of the project is adjusted again,the construction period of the project is compressed,the critical path of the project is found out through the network diagram,a new schedule is made,and the project is completed on time.This paper mainly describes the fine management system project of the aviation escort company.Through the implementation of effective planning and control,a set of project schedule management system is established to meet the actual needs of the company,so as to ensure the successful launch of the fine management system on time,and provide reference an reference for the future project construction.
