With the rapid development and advancement of the urbanization process,the construction industry is becoming more and more large,engineering scale expands unceasingly,the status of the pillar industry is becoming more and more prominent,and the construction project management has ushered in a huge challenge.The traditional cost management mode wastes resources seriously,and costs information distortion phenomena are prominent.There are many problems,such as lack of dynamic cost management,extensive resource management,difficulty in sharing and collaborative work of cost information,low level of refinement,and lack of integrated management of construction information,etc.Therefore,in recent years,the state has introduced relevant policies to promote the comprehensive improvement of the informationization level of the construction industry and the intensification and greening of engineering construction.Smart construction is an emerging concept,which requires informationization as the basis,and all parties work together to strive to be refined,intelligent and digital throughout the entire construction,in order to promote the construction industry low energy consumption,high efficiency and intensive transformation,is the new direction of China's construction industry innovation and development.This topic takes the construction industry's cost control problem and development bottleneck as the starting point,breaks through the existing research perspective,and introduces the smart construction concept,in order to break through the bottleneck of the construction cost of the construction project in the current stage of construction industry development.To realize the information transmission and sharing of all links,and provide new methods and ideas for the delicacy management of construction costs.Through the research status at home and abroad and relevant theoretical analysis,the development history,connotation and technical support of smart construction are elaborated in detail,and the principles and methods of construction cost control are explained from the theoretical perspective.Then put forward the present stage of China's construction cost management problems and deficiencies,clarify the problems to be solved in this topic.After reviewing the database and sorting out the literature with high correlation about the construction cost influencing factors,24 influencing factors were summarized.The principal component analysis method was used to eliminate 2 low correlation factors and extracted 5 public factors including management,technology,contract,risk and external environment.Based on the DEMATEL analysis model,the relationship and importance of each factor are clarified from a quantitative perspective,and the key influencing factors are finally determined.The smart construction framework system is constructed,and on this basis,through into BIM technology integrates the emerging information technology methods such as IoT,RFID,4D visualization,cloud computing and advanced construction technology to propose the operation system of smart construction cost management.Furthermore,the realization path of smart construction cost management is expounded,and the advantages of smart construction cost management are analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for delicacy management of construction cost are proposed from three dimensions of centrality,cause degree and result degree.Finally,taking a smart construction pilot project of a university teaching experimental building as a practical case,the BIM model is used to build a database,the realization mechanism of smart construction cost management is verified,and the application of smart construction technology in the delicacy management of construction cost is analyzed.The effect finally shows that the smart construction technology could solve the problems of slow construction information collection and delivery,insufficient cost information interaction and difficult real-time feedback of cost data.The combination of smart construction and costdelicacy management theory could effectively improve the level of refinement of cost control.The existing cost overrun problem and the improvement of construction cost management mode have certain practical significance.It has certain practical significance for solving the existing cost overrun problem and improving the construction cost management mode.
