As a pillar industry in our country,the construction industry has made a significant contribution to the GDP and provided a great number of job opportunities.However,with the recession of craze in real estate development,labor costs,material costs and management costs are rising,hence the construction market is increasingly competitive.The industry's profit keeps declining.Therefore,extensive management mode is faced with great challenges to survive,and delicacy management mode is gradually becoming a trend.At the same time,with the development of computer and information technology,informationization of construction industry becomes an inevitable trend.Therefore,BIM technology rises in response to the proper time and conditions.To achieve delicacy management,it is very meaningful to explore the application methods of BIM in construction management.This paper focus on the application of BIM in the process of delicacy management.To achieve this purpose,this paper adopted several research methodologies,such as questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,case study and so on.Based on the analysis of necessity and limitations of delicacy construction management in our country,argue that BIM technology can be introduced to solve the existing problems and improve management efficiency.This paper provides a new method in delicacy management in construction industry.The main points in this paper are:(1)BIM technology and delicacy management theories are elaborated respectively.Based on the current situation of construction management in China,I incorporate the BIM technology into the system of delicacy construction management,and analyze advantages of this manner.(2)The relationship among progress,cost and quality is analyzed from a new perspective.Establish a BIM-based delicacy management system,and then analyze it from progress,cost and quality three aspects.The risk of application this system is put forward from economic,management,human resources,technology and industry standards five aspects.Gray related degree method are used to analyze these risks.(3)Finally,elaborate the application procedures of BIM-based delicacy management system in a specific scenario and evaluate its performance.The relationship between progress,cost and quality was analyzed from the perspective of resource conversion to provide theoretical support for improving the construction quality of the project in this paper.The risk of application this system is put forward from economic,management,human resources,technology and industry standards five aspects.Gray related degree method are used to analyze these risks.The system for BIM-based construction fine management is established.The support of BIM for delicacy management from progress,cost and quality was analyzed in this article to provide an idea and system of BIM-based construction fine management,which has certain theory value and practical significance.
