Construction Quality Control Of Construction Project Office CD

This article aims to study the methodology of the total quality management for the implementation of construction project. The research object is the quality control of the construction project. The first part of this article is an overview of the related documentations about the theories of quality, quality control and total quality management, we will analyse the evolution process of the quality control for the implementation of engineering project, and also the problems that exist during the implementation of engineering project. Secondly, we will take the quality control of construction project for CD office building as an example, and use the methodology of total quality management and the various effective ways of quality control for our analysis, control and improvement:with an emphasis on the real situations of construction project for CD office building, to build a quality guarantee system for the implementation of construction project. Based on the examples of quality accidents which happened during the construction project with concrete and the leakage of fire protection system, we make detailed preventative measures and policies. Through the analysis of human factors and set up a quality control leaders team, and build well-defined safe production measures to manage and control the quality of the construction project. The ideal results are finally achieved and can maximize the economic yields and social benefits of the project. This guarantees the various targets of the construction project to be achieved, and verify the effectiveness of total quality management model of the whole team, the whole process and the whole project, and highlight the reasons why the quality control of CD office building project is a success.
