The Study On Regulatory Development Of Tourism Villages In Yuanyang World Heritage

Based on several surveys about villages in the Yuanyang World Heritage Area Yuanyang village, the research classify and study the tourism-type villages.Then via the theory on tourism planning, and draw experiences above from the development and protection of villages in the world cultural heritage tourism, the author explore a development model about Yuanyang Tourist Village. The main idea is study how to control the land application, feature updates and layout, tourism facilities, behavior, Social and cultural in those tourism villages in Yuanyang. Building the mechanism, which need the transformation of villages’ fuction, the updating of infrastructure and the adjustment of village-construction is necessary. Avoiding the out-of-control development through green ecology technique and community participation also need be attention. Finally, taking the the studies about Yuanyang Tourist village for example, the research explore different development mode aim at different tourism villages.The development of the village heritage area is both the trend of local economic development and the best way to protect world heritage. Only reasonably control the balance between conservation and development, then promote the development of local tourism villages use, could be the real achievement we expected. The emphasis of the research are control elements and the control method.
