Study On The Project Quality Management Application In Industrial Plants Of M Company

Quality management is the lifeblood of the construction project.The success of the project comes from the quality management of the project.Because construction project management is not accurate,effective,and not in place,it often causes construction project quality problems.The existence of such inferior projects as the rotten tail project and the tofu slag project will seriously affect the safety of people's lives and property and even endanger the interests of the country.As a very important component in the field of construction engineering,the industrial plant construction project is not only a basic project to promote the development of national economic production,but also a heavy project content in the process of deepening reform in China.Compared with other construction projects,the construction of plant projects has certain particularity,especially when it comes to quality issues,and it will cover issues such as plant use,equipment use and production management.It can be seen that,The implementation of excellent quality control and management will undoubtedly play a crucial role in the construction of factory buildings.Taking the quality management of M's industrial plant construction project as an example,this paper studies the quality management of M's industrial plant construction project.First of all,based on the research results on quality management of industrial plant projects at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the main theoretical basis and practical methods of quality management and control of industrial plant projects from two aspects:theoretical research results and practical research results.At the same time,the factors that can affect the quality of industrial plant projects are briefly described.Secondly,the concept and theory of quality of industrial plant project are expounded,including quality management of industrial plant project,total quality management method,PDCA circulation principle,etc..Thirdly,from the actual point of view of M's industrial plant project,the current project quality standard requirements,architecture,management plan and control situation are analyzed.The problems existing in the three stages of design,construction and completion of M's industrial plant quality management are analyzed,and the project quality management plan and management suggestions are put forward.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality of M's industrial plant project,to clarify the level of project quality,and to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the plan and various stages of management,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical ideas for the quality management of industrial plant projects in the same industry in the future.
