The rapid development of global economy in the past century has also stimulated the rapid development of highway infrastructure in various countries and regions.The typical highway system in the United States is basically formed,and the mileage of China's roads is also increasing.Practice has proved that highway construction is a systematic and complex process,and there are many factors that affect highway quality,which can be roughly divided into two categories: structural factors and management factors.Under the influence of each factor,it is a test for this kind of engineering whether the highway construction task can be completed in terms of quality and quantity.In this paper,based on the case of gaolizhuang highway construction project,from the perspective of quality control,combining with the status quo of project management,the existing problems in management are found out,and the physical quality problems that may exist or have existed in the project are analyzed by using fault tree analysis method and Freefat software.Through qualitative analysis,find out the possible cause of roadbed,road surface,raw material failure;Then by quantitative analysis,the more important bottom events in the system are found,and their critical importance is sorted,and the more important problems are given targeted control measures,to ensure the quality of the project,to achieve enterprise goals.Finally,according to the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the maturity of the overall quality management system of the project is comprehensively evaluated,and the current quality management level and the parts that need to be improved are obtained.
