| In order to promote the rural power network construction,the intelligent pilot project construction plan was proposed by the State Grid Corporation.Intelligence,automation,information and interactive were required in this plan.Yinzhou Power Supply Bureau has the honor of being one of the construction units of the rural network of intelligent pilot project.The automation construction of power distribution was carried out and the power quality of Yinzhou rural network was effectively improved.A certain economic and social benefits also were achieved with the high significance of engineering practice.Firstly,the related research and the development trend about distribution automation at home and abroad was analyzed in this paper.Then,the basic principles of distribution automation were summarized and highlighted the design of Yinzhou rural power distribution automation.Among this design,the master station system,the passive optical network communication system and the intelligent power distribution terminal were analyzed in detail.The overall design of Yinzhou rural power distribution automation was completed finally.In addition,the implementation process of the intelligent pilot project was introduced and some experience in engineering practice was summarized.Through the implementation of Yinzhou rural network intelligent pilot project,the power quality and supply reliability in the pilot line are improved effectively.The remarkable economic and social benefits are achieved,some theoretical and implementation basis can be provided to the promotion of smart grid distribution automation. |
