China has a large number of sluice gates,which are widely distributed.Today,due to design standards that do not meet current specifications,damage and aging of lock chamber structures and facilities,some sluice gates have developed medical hazards that weaken the functionality of the sluice,affect the performance of water conservancy benefits,undermine the flood control safety of the sluice,and even endanger the lives and property safety of downstream people in serious cases.In order to avoid or reduce losses caused by dangerous sluice gates,ensure flood control safety upstream and downstream of the sluice gates,facilitate national quality assessment of the sluice gates,and understand the current service performance,it is necessary to conduct regular safety performance evaluations of the sluice gates.This paper takes the Chuanshui Port Sluice as the research object to analyze and evaluate its safety performance.The main contents are as follows:(1)Introduce the background and significance of the study on the safety service behavior of water gates,including the importance and existing problems of Chuanshui Port Gates,as well as the current research status at home and abroad.Clarify the research content and route of this study.(2)Analysis of the factors affecting the safety of sluice gates and their influencing mechanisms.Study the main diseases of Chuanshui Port Sluice,focusing on analyzing the causes of various diseases.Taking into account the factors affecting the coastal environment,a prediction model for the carbonation depth of the concrete of the Chuanshui Port Sluice was established to predict the carbonation life and rust expansion cracking life of the Chuanshui Port Sluice.(3)Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model was established for the lock chamber of Chuanshui Port.The current operating state of the sluice chamber structure was studied,including structural stress analysis and displacement analysis.Based on the concrete plastic damage model,a CDP plastic damage model for the lock chamber breast wall and the traffic bridge was established,and the structural stress status of the two components in the plastic damage model was studied.II(4)According to the establishment principles of the indicator system and the safety evaluation guidelines for sluices,a safety performance indicator system for sluices is constructed based on the three elements of reliability(safety,applicability,and durability)of sluices.The subjective weighting method(improved data envelopment method,hesitation fuzzy language term set method)and objective weighting method(improved CRITIC method)were used to weight the indicators,and then the combined weighting method was used to fuse the weights.Finally,the comprehensive weights of each indicator in the safety performance evaluation index system of the Chuanshui Port Sluice were obtained.(5)The safety performance evaluation model of Chuanshui Port Sluice based on GS-GBDT was studied,and the safety performance evaluation model of Chuanshui Port Sluice was constructed.Finally,the safety performance evaluation value and evaluation level of Chuanshui Port Sluice were determined.(6)Learn and use the application program in MATLAB to build the platform APP Designer,and develop a sluice safety performance evaluation system based on this platform.
