| Cubic hesitant fuzzy set(CHFS)is the hybrid set that can contain much more information to express an interval-valued fuzzy set and a hesitant fuzzy set simultaneously for handling the uncertainties in the data.In this research,we present the similarity measures of CHFSs based on cosine,tangent,and cotangent functions,and extend its application to the Construction management decision-making problem.Then a multiple attribute decision-making(MADM)method is developed based on the weighted Cosine,tangent,and cotangent similarity measure under cubic hesitant environment.Through the weighted similarity measures between each alternative and the ideal alternative,this method provides the ranking order according to the values of their similarity measures,and the best alternatives can be easily identified as well.Finally,an illustrative example in construction project management with CHFS information is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed MADM method under CHFS environments.The decision results show that the tangent and cotangent similarity measures for the CHFS multiple attribute decision-making problem are better than the cosine similarity measure in the similarity identification. |
