As the development of China’s manufacturing industry, China has been called the’world factory’by the international community, together with the importance of servo control system in manufacturing industry, a lot of engineering universities, institute of Automation and related enterprises devote to the research of servo control system in China. Due to its superior performance and relative cheap price, PMSM as the controlled object has become the main force in the servo system. From the beginning of the study, although our country in this field of technology is more and more mature, but compared to Europe and the United States and other developed countries there is a clear gap, in order to follow the footsteps of the developed countries, this requires more practitioners to join in this field of research. A superior performance of the servo system is not only in the manufacturing industry, and even national defense, aviation and aerospace are significant.In view of this situation, Firstly,this article analyzes the Europe and the United States and other developed countries in the field of research status, and combined with the domestic research, according to these research tendency, initially identified the research direction of this article; then established the mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed in detail, so as to determine the control strategy of the system (vector control), according to the basic principle of vector control, combined with the mathematical coordinate transformation (Clark, Park etc.) gives the system vector control of the overall program; then the principle and modulation method of SVPWM are introduced in detail, it play a decisive role in vector control; for increase controlling accuracy, a fuzzy adaptive PI controller is designed to complete the three closed-loop control of the system; after the completion of the system hardware and software design, including the design of system core control board and the main power circuit, the design of initialization of the main program and interrupt service subroutine, and simulation experiments were carried out on each design case of the system in Simulink, verify the correctness of the scheme; Finally, on the basis of the design scheme, the platform of AC servo control system is set up, and carries on the experiment, experimental results show that the system has high tracking precision, fast response and stable operation, and has good application prospects.
