A Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has the advantage of high efficiency, low rotor inertia, small size, light weight etc. With the continuous development of microprocessor technology, motor control strategies, The Servo control system based on PMSM has become the trend of AC servo control system, it is increasingly widely used in machine tools, packaging, hybrid vehicles, rail transportation and other fields. The main task of this paper is to build a platform of PMSM servo control system based on the Freescale MC56F84789, vector control technology and voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology are adopted. It provides the foundation for the following reserch, the main work of this paper are as fallows:1. The vector control technology is adopted to simplifies the complex mathematical models, and the linear mathematical model of PMSM is established in the d-q coordinate system. And then the id=0rotor field oriented control strategy is adopted to decoupl the stator current, SVPWM is adopted to improve the voltage utilization, reduce the energy loss during the switching.2. PMSM servo control system uses three closed-loop control structure, the current loop and speed loop of Servo control system adopt improved PI control. As general PI control is easily influenced by external load disturbance and other factors, To improve the anti-interference and robustness of the system, the position loop adopts fuzzy PI control. The simulation model of the system is built in MATLAB. Firstly, SVPWM algorithm is simulated and the results verify the validity of it, and then the entire system is simulated. Compared with ordinary PI control effects in the position loop, fuzzy PI control has better robustness and Positioning accuracy. The speed loop simulation results show that the system has good speed performance and fast response.3. The hardware and software design of the servo systemare based MC56F84789are completed. The hardware design mainly includes main loop circuit, driver circuit, signal detection circuit, power supply circuit and other circuit design. At last, the hardware and software of the designed system are debugged, the experiment results shows that the designed PMSM servo control system is valid, it is basically meet the requirements of high-performance servo system.
