Power supply enterprises, as state-owned public institutions, are colsely bound up to people’s life. It is social incumbent upon these enterprises to provide customers with safe and reliable power supply. For a long tome, the distribution network fault repairing system of power supply enterprise formed internally has been belong to two independent operation management systems: power distribution production and marketing services. Facing to the terminal power customers, the two systems are interconnected, overlap and fragmented, as a result, causing the waste of internal enterprise resources and contradictions for the departmental interests.Combined with the actual situation of SGLW power supply enterprise, this paper analyzed and studied the existing fault repairing system of its distribution network in detial, as well as summarizing the management defects. According to the theory of Business Process Reengineering and TCM management idea, the implementation of the emergency command platform to establish a distribution network failures are put forward on the basis of the existing system resources to reengineer and resturcture the process between two operation management systems, the power distribution production and marketing services. Through the integration of resources of systems and information, realize the efficient disposal of power distribution network failures. Moreover, strengthening the disposal links of distribution network failures, standardizing repairing procedures and establishing the service mechanism of resolving risks of customer services, are also significant to reach the customers’ satisfaction.
