This shows that electricity is closely connected with our economic development, social stability, people’s living harmony, and the importance of electricity is becoming more and more important. With the rapid development of the comprehensive economic strength of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the west, to the corresponding region of the development of the power industry created a rare opportunity, the average rate of construction in recent years in the western region of Inner Mongolia power grid construction nearly 19% year after year rapid growth. But in the west area of Dongsheng city is one of the best Erdos. Dongsheng West Park is one of Hubei city planning for the construction of industrial parks, the park includes equipment manufacturing park and High-tech Zone, covering the major equipment manufacturing, auto parts, electronic information, energy saving and environmental protection and some new energy, new materials and other project is a focus of Ordos City to build the Industrial Park. In the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, the early Park plans to receive application for electricity load is 900, area of the existing 220kV substation facilities unable to meet the new load demand for electricity. Therefore, it is necessary build a 220kV substation in the vicinity of the western suburbs of Dongsheng, tentatively called Dongsheng area west of the 220kV transformer. Dongsheng area west of the 220 kV substation construction can be increased, Dongsheng District, Ordos City power supply capacity, for the region to provide power supply, ensure that enterprises in the region of production of electricity, but also can improve the voltage quality, convenient access to other power loads.Firstly on the overall situation of the western suburbs of Dongsheng,220 kilovolt power transmission and distribution engineering were interpretation, the Ordos City of social and economic development as a breakthrough point, combination of West Inner Mongolia power grid and Erdos Power status, using the load forecasting based on, the engineering of necessity and feasibility study. Secondly of Dongsheng West of 220kV transmission line tower, optical fiber communication, a major equipment, secondary protection, energy-saving reducing consumption, environmental protection, water erosion protection and economic cost and benefit of analysis and evaluation. Thus, we established a comprehensive evaluation index system of Dongsheng West of 220 kV power transmission project, including the engineering equipment, energy conservation, environmental and economic cost recovery multiple different indicators, using well-known analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and individually itemized calibration of the weights of the index size, finally, the project overall evaluation by use of the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Through the comprehensive scientific judged, we found that the project belongs to the extent of superior grade is the highest, the whole project overall benefits (including the benefits of economic and social responsibility) is satisfactory, from the point of view of evaluation results wow, Dongsheng West of 220kV substation construction can be greatly enhanced power in the western suburbs of Dongsheng area reception capacity and meet the requirements of all enterprises in Erdos City load center Dongsheng the load of electricity, but also can greatly improve the voltage quality of the area, the more power users access to the grid is convenient. So when the regional power supply ability and quality is getting higher and higher, the basic rights and interests of the area power users have guarantees, for their further expand the scale of production enhancement profit level and lay a solid foundation, for the economic development of Erdos Dongsheng area to cannot be underestimated the positive role. |
