Energy is the material basis for the development of economy, the improvement of livingstandards, energy conservation is to alleviate the energy shortage is the most effective, mosteconomical way, is in the building of resource-conserving and environment friendly society inour country with a long and arduous task. Building energy is one of three key energy-savingareas of industry, construction, transportation. China’s building energy consumption accountsfor about1/3of the total energy consumption in China, whether it is compared with thedeveloped countries, and compared with the our country industry, transportation,energysaving, building energy saving is a very weak link in our country’s energy conservation.Climatic adaptability of the building is the most important issue for building energy efficiencydesign needs to be properly resolved.Building energy conservation to ease the resourcespressure and the development of social economy in our country has important function andmeaning, is one of the pressing needs of the development of construction industry in China.The article draws on the latest research results at home and abroad,collecting andaccessing relevant information,investigatin and analysis of the research status at home andabroad,using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,focus based on fuzzy analytichierarchy process, according to the residential building energy efficiency design acombination of factors, building the northern region residential green building energyefficiency design evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Firstly,on the basis of as comprehensive as possible, selecting five aspects as a criterion layer likebuilding plan, building envelope, heating and cooling systems,electrical and lighting systems,water supply and drainage system.Then analysis of the major influencing factors, preliminaryestablishted a multi-level set by a number of sub-indicators monomer residential greenbuilding energy-saving design evaluation index system;and on AHP for instance indexsystem to get their weight. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to draw acomprehensive evaluation and analysis.Lastly, based on Energy-saving design of a high-rise residential building project of thenorthern region of Yulin City,to simulate evaluation and analysis. Comprehensively picture the whole process of the evaluation system. The results show that The residential buildingenergy efficiency design level is "better". Basically reached the requirements of the energyefficiency design index, but not the best energy-saving design. As building electrical andlighting power consumption.to adjust window and wall area of the building structure designfactors. The average heat transfer coefficient for the maintenance of the structure factorsoutside the window is high. Water supply temperature of the heating system and the supplyand return water temperature difference to be further optimized. Waste heat recovery systemto the drainage system needs to be improved, etc. At the same time withexamples,recommendate a further improve the evaluation system of building energyefficiency design and construction of the main energy-saving design and construction ofenergy-efficient design energy system macro and micro measures.
